Because your collection and disbursement accounts are locked on Amazon Seller Central, you must follow these steps to change them.
- Adding a New Bank Account on SellersFi Portal:
- Log in to the SellersFi portal and navigate to the Manage Company section by clicking on the arrow to the right of your company name:
- Access the Bank Accounts feature within Manage Company.
- Follow the prompts to add a new bank account.
2. Requesting Bank Account Change and Unlocking Old Account:
• After adding the new bank account, please contact us at amazon.ca@sellersfi.com to request the bank account change and unlocking of the old account.
3. Changing Bank Account on Amazon Seller Central:
• SellersFi will notify you once the old account is unlocked so you may change the bank account on Amazon Seller Central.
4. Requesting Lock of New Bank Account:
• Finally, contact us at amazon.ca@sellersfi.com to request the locking of the new bank account.
